The home was recently fully renovated in 2021.
Catskill Country Cabin in Livingston Manor
A cozy, fully-outfitted rural cabin yet a quick 5-minute drive to Livingston Manor shops, Neon Croissant bakery, Ba & Me and The Walk In eateries, Upward & Catskills breweries, Upstream Wines, and fishing and hiking trails.
Beaver Lake Home, in Rock Hill, NY
Two bedroom, one bath home located just feet from the lake. This home is available to rent from June to August for $2500 a month. Shorter terms may be available upon request.

Just 2 and a half hours from New York City, Shandelee Brook House is a spacious retreat on Shandelee Mountain minutes away from great food, breweries, shopping, fishing and hiking in Livingston Manor. It's your own little piece of the Catskills.
Shandalee Lake Cabin
Cozy Cabin on the lake. Great place to unwind alone or with family and friends. Go for a swim in the lake, fish or just sit and enjoy the view. Close to the Original Woodstock site and Beautiful Bethel Woods. We are close to great trout fishing access, hiking, and horseback riding. We have two local Breweries nearby and you don't want to miss a chance to go rafting on the Delaware River.
Laurel Lodge
Combining old world architectural charm with a raw natural splendor, Laurel Lodge had been a one-story summer bungalow built around 1865-1880, occupied by a small church that served a community of Irish tanners who lived and worked in the valley. In 1924 it was expanded by the forbears of the current owners into the grand house we see today.
The lodge is secluded and private, set on 63 acres of mostly wooded land, nestled in the heart of the Catskill Mountains, and enjoys access to the unspoiled view of Clear Lake, just at the edge of the property.
River View
Rental is located next to busy road and is not suitable for small children. There is a cozy back yard to relax next to fire pit. I will provide firewood for one night, and charcoal for grill for one night as well. 1/4 mile from home is local place to purchase extra wood.
Home Sweet Country Home
nestled in nature, a place to find peace of mind, serenity. Enjoy the porch, perfect in a rainstorm under the metal roof, or hang in the hammock in the backyard or up at the fire pit. Cook in the farmhouse kitchen or on the grill. Go down to the swimming hole or out for a hike. Enjoy music at Bethel Woods. Kayak or canoe in one of the many lakes close by. Or enjoy world class flyfishing. Write a book, or a script, or sketch away the day.
